Important Conditions for Return/Exchange requests

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. jewellery must be packed in the original jewellery box).
  • Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team.
  • In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.

 WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND BUY A NEW PRODUCT ADJUSTING THE AMOUNT ALREADY PAID?

You can raise the return request from ‘My Account’ section or drop us a mail at support@shaabaclothing.com mentioning that you need a STORE CREDIT for the product delivered and you will get a revert within next 24 working hours.

We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you.

The product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.

As soon as we get the product back, We provide a Store Credit – We add amount equal to the product value to your ‘ Account ‘ . You can use this credit amount when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us.

Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the product back.
