SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery will be done only at the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. We charge a flat non-refundable shipping charge of Rs 100 for all orders below Rs 1999. Orders of Rs 1999 and above are shipped free of cost. We charge a non-refundable COD fee of INR 100 on all orders.

Note:- We do not process Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders above Rs. 5000/-

Made on Order products take 20-25 working days to dispatch. We dispatch the products (above Rs.2000) as soon as they are ready. We do not wait for complete order to be shipped together so that customer can use whatever products are ready with us. As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email.

You can track your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email and/or SMS which will include a unique tracking number that you can use to track your parcel. You can track your order using the tracking number at https://www.shaabaclothing.com/track-order

All taxes and other fees/charges are included in the price of the order.

If you have received an order in damaged condition, products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt of orders.

If you wish to place an return or exchange request. kindly do so on https://www.shaabaclothing.com/return-and-refund-policy  and fill in your Order Id and E-mail id use to placed the order. Kindly ensure to upload the images at least 3 for us to analyse the condition of the product. Return/Exchange request placed without the images shall not be entertained. Also, if an exchange or return request is made post 7 days from the date of delivery, the system will not accept the request. Once a return/exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled, we will arrange a reverse pick.
